I guess what I mean…. is there anyway to “merge” tabs so as to view all tabs on one single page. Then I could select all, copy and paste into another program once, rather than doing it for each tab.

If you are using Firefox, or probably any Mozilla made browser,
you can just hold ctrl
and click on a link, and it will open in another tab
also with firefox check out an extension called snaplinks. You can just click and drag your mouse around multiple links and then will open in either different tabs or different windows.
***edit***
The only other thing I can think of is if you just want to copy the web addresses of multiple tabs then click bookmark all tabs. Then go to organize bookmarks and select all the links in the new folder. the copy and paste into excel. When you paste into excel you have to paste special as text or Unicode text.
If you would rather use word you can paste into there and it will show the description as a hyperlink. To get the actual web address to show click the little paste options clipboard that shows up right after you paste and select keep text only.
if I’m still not understanding what you need to do and you still need help on the problem, send me a mail through my profile.
